Sideline Sports Photographer Hats

The parent with the long lens is a fixture of every youth and high school sideline. One parent shooter describes the workload plainly: roughly 300-400 photos per game, up to three games a week, and about 10 percent of them make the cut. A forum poster who shot 1,200 frames in a single one-hour soccer game was told that was "just huge." A shirt slogan on the market says it better than any spec sheet: "Certified Sideline Photographer. 4000 Blurry Photos." These sideline photographer hats are for that person. Two badges, SPORTS PHOTOGRAPHER and SIDELINE PHOTOGRAPHER, carry the search terms. MAMARAZZI borrows the name from Stacy Wasmuth's book on the species, and SPORTS MOM WITH A BIG LENS claims the identity outright. The longer lines are the bit: I'M NOT A PHOTOGRAPHER, I JUST HAVE A 400MM LENS; 9,000 photos of a helmet; I CAN'T WATCH, I'M WORKING; and BLURRY BUT PROUD for the frames that did not make the cut. The 400MM line and the I CAN'T WATCH line each get a second colorway here. This is the youth-sports shooter on the sideline, not the working pro with a wedding portfolio, so Funny Photographer covers a different wearer. Every design is custom embroidered on an unstructured dad hat. Wear one to the next game, or hand one to the parent who has already shot every game this season for the team page.
