Athletic Trainer Hats

Athletic trainers are licensed health care professionals who prevent, diagnose and treat injuries, and they work in schools, hospitals, physician offices, physical therapy clinics, military bases and professional sports facilities. They are also, as one trainer puts it, widely taken for "glorified water girls or water boys." The profession pushes back on the word "trainer" used alone, which one trainer calls the forbidden T word, because there is no real standard behind calling someone a personal trainer.
