Combat Medic & Navy Corpsman Hats

Battlefield medicine has its own prescription pad. The military slang glossary Honest MOS defines "Motrin and water" as the universal military medical prescription for everything from a headache to a compound fracture: go to sick call for literally anything and you will receive 800mg of Motrin and instructions to hydrate. Fresh socks, the same glossary says, are the third pillar after it. The people who hand out that advice are the Army combat medic, MOS 68W, and the Navy hospital corpsman who serves with the Marines. "Doc" is, in the glossary's words, a sacred title, earned and permanent. These combat medic and corpsman hats are written in the platoon's own voice. COMBAT MEDIC and NAVY CORPSMAN are the plain badges that carry the search terms. CORPSMAN UP is the battlefield cry for a corpsman, and it already sells on a red hat elsewhere. DEVIL DOC is the unofficial name Marines bestow on corpsmen, earned with the FMF pin or by deploying with them, and FMF CORPSMAN names that service. The sentence designs go after the jokes the platoon tells: the Motrin, water and clean socks cure, the old stereotype that Navy corpsmen are Marine rejects, and a bedside manner built around a tourniquet. MOTRIN, WATER AND CLEAN SOCKS and CORPSMAN UP each get a second colorway. Every design is custom embroidered on an unstructured dad hat. Choose one for the medic or corpsman in your life, or for the grunt who still swears by the Motrin.
