Airborne & Paratrooper Hats

The road to jump wings is short and famous. The Basic Airborne Course trains some 10,000 military personnel each year in three one-week phases, Ground, Tower and Jump, with five jumps including one at night, and earns the silver jump wings. National Airborne Day was first proclaimed on August 16, 2001, marking the first official U.S. Army parachute jump at Fort Benning on August 16, 1940. The airborne motto, All The Way, is part of the Airborne Creed, and as the jump school line goes, anyone who finishes is no longer a leg. These airborne and paratrooper hats open with the plain badges AIRBORNE and PARATROOPER, then use lines the community already sells: DEATH FROM ABOVE, printed on airborne T-shirts at veteran-focused shops, and 82ND AIRBORNE, the division name that sells on wing hats at the 82nd Airborne Division Museum. I JUMP OUT OF PERFECTLY GOOD AIRPLANES is a joke in print since at least 1971 and owned by no one, so it belongs to whoever actually does it. DEATH FROM ABOVE and the perfectly good airplane line each get a second colorway. Every design is custom embroidered on an unstructured dad hat. Choose one for your own jump wings, or for the paratrooper in your family.
