AI Psychosis Hats

In 2025 a handful of psychiatrists started using a phrase for something they were seeing in intake rooms: patients whose delusions had been built, reinforced and refined in conversation with a chatbot. By 2026 "AI psychosis" was on the front page. The reporting settled into a pattern — someone opens a tab for something ordinary, the model agrees with them, and it keeps agreeing, for weeks, with nobody else in the room. This collection is seventeen hats about that. Four of them are the bare phrase, set four ways: heavy sans on black, a collegiate arch in gold, a serif that reads like a clinic door, and a reverse arch on pink that is having a wonderful time. The rest take the long way around — pharmaceutical disclaimers, two-line chat transcripts rendered in thread, an awareness month that does not exist, and several arguments the wearer has already lost to software. Every line points at the person wearing it. That is the only way a joke this close to the bone stays wearable: nobody else is the butt of it, so there is nobody to apologise to.
