Is this legit?
+
Yes! We’ve shipped thousands of orders and our customers love their hats—see for yourself on our
reviews page.
What kind of designs can HatGPT make?
+
Right now we support text-only designs but we’re always working to expand our options. Note if a design uses another company’s logo, trademark, or other protected content, we may need to cancel and refund the order.
How do I make edits to the design?
+
Just ask! HatGPT can adjust colors, capitalization, line breaks, and more. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee changes requested post-purchase.
How long does shipping take?
+
Most orders arrive in about a week. Timing isn’t guaranteed and can run longer during busy seasons. We may be able to expedite delivery for a fee, depending on your address. Reach out to confirm.
